  • Checks and Money Orders:
    We accept checks and postal money orders for the full amount of purchase. Checks and money orders should be made payable to:

    Checks must be denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. This means the checks must have a nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. International money orders must also have the name and address of the U.S. bank printed on the face. At this time we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

  • Purchase Orders:
    We accept pre-printed and signed purchase orders from academic institutions, military, and major commercial entities in the U.S. Please fax your P.O. to us at: 619-387-0042. At this time we cannot accept personal purchase orders or P.O.'s with third-party billing.

Books, tapes, and gift items purchased from Catholic Answers can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. If you purchased any of our publications from a retail store or other distributor, please contact them regarding their return policies.

    Items to be returned to us should be in unused condition and securely packaged with a copy of the original invoice/receipt enclosed. Please specify on the invoice copy whether you want an exchange or a refund. Books, tapes, and gift items will be refunded at 100% of the product price. Magazine subscriptions are refunded for undelivered issues only.

    Please remember to provide the following information when corresponding with us:
    • customer name
    • invoice number
    • product title or name
    This information can be found on the invoice you received.
