Whats so special about these tabs? First off, make sure the bible you plan to tab up is 7\" or larger to accomodate the index and the insert. Its not just about the tabs, but there are a couple of additional goodies to help you figure out what you are looking at, as well as a helpful insert that covers the most common objections. Together these tabs provide an easy to use scriptural roadmap. Just placing the tabs is a great introduction to scriptural apologetics!
