Digital Access FAQs

Catholic Answers is transitioning to a new digital platform.

Here are a few FAQ that we hope will be able to answer any questions you might have.

Q. Will I still be able to access digital product that I purchased on the previous platform?

A. Existing customers will have full access to product they have purchased and downloaded. They will not be able to download onto new devices or access streaming video or anything that they had on the cloud

Q. If I can’t get access to my digital files, what should I do?

A. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-291-8000. Please provide a list of digital files you are missing.

Q. Why did you change platforms?

A. In an effort to provide the very best customer experience, we have moved to a new platform for the selling of our digital content. We apologize for any inconvenience and will take any steps necessary to make sure you have access to the digital content that you have purchased in the past.

Q. Will we still be offering digital video content?

A. Not at this time, but we are exploring the possibility of making digital video product available on several external platforms

General Questions

On what platforms can I view the content?

You can view the content on both Mac and Windows computers, iPad, iPhone, iTouch, Android tablets and phones, Kindle Fire, and Chrome OS devices.

Do I get my content instantly?

Well not quite instantly. You will receive an e-mail with links to click on to access content. From there you can download the digital items you purchased.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes. An email receipt and instructions are sent to you immediately upon checkout. If you did not receive these, please check your junk email folder.

Can I copy the content to my mobile device?

Yes, you can copy the content from a computer to your mobile device via Wi-Fi or USB. Just connect your device to your computer using a USB cable or make sure your computer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
