Description

We seem to be living in an age of insanity. Crimes against children, born and unborn; marriage defiled and redefined; the madness of transgenderism; the looming terror of trans-human-ism . . . the list goes on and on. And it’s getting uglier out there every day. Everywhere you look, the culture is twisting truth into lies and lies into truth.

How did we get to this bizarre point in history? More importantly, how can we fight the tide of insanity and win reality back?

In Revolt Against Reality, Gary Michuta (Hostile Witnesses, Why Catholic Bibles Are Bigger) explains how an army of liars, manipulators, and bad actors has conspired literally from the beginning to thwart God’s plan for man—a plan of order and peace, centered on the Incarnation of Jesus Christ. Michuta takes you step by step through history, unmasking the enemies of faith and reason in every age—all the way back to Satan himself, who in the Garden of Eden promised that we could become our own gods.

Since then, every error, heresy, and moral abomination has been part of the same intricate network of lies, designed by the Father of Lies, to wrench us from what makes sense and trap us in a prison of contradiction and chaos.

We’ll never restore sanity to the world until we know how the enemy operates. Read Revolt Against Reality and you’ll understand his age-old tactics . . . and you’ll be prepared to fight back!

"With the world spinning out of control, it becomes difficult to make sense of what is increasingly becoming a senseless world. Gary Michuta's book, Revolt Against Reality proposes a historical road map of how early revolts against the Incarnation ultimately led to today's revolt against reality. This book provides plenty of good food for thought."- Matt Fradd, Pints With Aquinas

"Gary Michuta masterfully outlines the history of society’s revolt against God, beginning with creation, and continuing to present-day society, government, and family. Additionally, he covers hopeful signs that the present-day rebellion is coming to its end, which makes this a must-read for those who wish to recover the path to sanity, God, and reality." – Michael Lofton, Founder and Host of Reason & Theology

Another great book by Gary Michuta, and another one by him that you won't be able to put down. He not only covers the current crisis of morality that we are in right now, but also manages to weave the history of the Catholic Church and the attacks it has suffered from all the other 'religions' into one. It also lays out the conception of Protestantism and the evolution of it's many man-made denominations. Highly recommended book that you won't be able to put down!

I loved this book and read it over a long weekend because I couldn’t put it down. What I really liked was getting a good snapshot of history. Too often we don’t get this in one place. The way events in our distant and recent history unfolded which impacts today were woven together in an accessible enjoyable read. I will refer to it often.
